How I Work
I work with the founder and the business as a living system, not just the idea on paper. My consultancy is flexible and responsive to what I know the business is truly missing, rather than forcing a fixed model or template. This can look like deep strategic partnership directly with you as the founder, or stepping inside the business to support, mentor, and guide key team members so they can grow into their roles and execute at their highest potential in alignment with the vision we refine together.
The most common thing I see is through a team, leaders or the founder running the business; days, time, systems and current structures past and its hard to see where the passion and true value or mission has been taking over in by years of running, facing the challenges, chaos and change economically and sometimes personally. We can get caught up in thinking what we need to do next and just focus on execution but like a plant if it’s planted in the wrong environment or the root is unhappy no matter the light, water or food no growth will happen. We are sometimes so drained mentally or physically or just struggle to see our business, structure the current people how we did when we first felt deeply passionate and in love with the idea and vision. This is normal its where I help you and your teams to feel and understand that passion, knowing and have an authentic want to understand and vision to build your dream will you.
Think of me like a co founder in passion, drive, and commitment, without the equity share. I care deeply about the success of the business, and I bring clarity, momentum, and leadership energy while fully respecting your ownership and authority. I work from that same place of devotion, helping you translate that love into clear communication, strong structure, and aligned execution across the team. Seeing and unpacking the core change that needs to happen to get you the results and scale you know your brand, products or service deserves or isn’t quite yet achieving. Unpacking and realigning the current structures, individuals in the team, messaging and strategies to see and ensure the ideal customer and client can see, feel and engage with the truth of why you exist allowing the purchase, retention and devotion to the brand to convert as the bi product. I also specialise in seeing further opportunity and market share you haven’t yet capitalised on with the understanding of the business values and mission.
Beyond my 10 years plus founding and bootstrapping my own businesses and mentoring to build over 20 entrepreneurs personally in self and business. I am a psychic clairsentient, and this is an additional gift I consciously bring into my work. My understanding of business is rooted in energy. People do not connect to action alone. They connect to the energy behind action. Customers and clients feel truth, intention, and integrity before they ever rationalise a decision to engage or invest. For a business to truly land, that energy has to begin with the founder or the leaders, no matter the pressure, chaos, or complexity being faced When intent is clean, strategy and creation sharpens in area of the team or business. When alignment is present, content, messaging, and offerings land with ease. This is why the work I do creates results. When you are leading or founding a business, it is easy to become so in it that you lose the space to be on it. The day to day chaos, pressure, and responsibility can slowly dim inspiration, pull you away from your original why, and shift decision making out of instinct and into fear, habit, or survival. This is where I step in, and this is where I am exceptionally good at what I do.
I work by entering a business with clarity, depth, and intuition, quickly seeing what is being missed, felt but not named, or operating beneath the surface. I do not skim the edges. I go to the root. I read the business, the leadership, the communication, and the energy behind it, and I identify why engagement, growth, or momentum is not matching the potential I can see. I have helped over twenty individuals found and build brands, and time and again the shift comes not from doing more, but from reconnecting the business back to truth, intent, and emotional resonance. From there, strategy becomes clean, focused, and powerful. When the root is right, conversion follows. When the energy is aligned, people feel it. Success, for me, is not only growth, but a business that is alive in its mission, where customers and community engage because they want to, not because they are being pushed.

With over 10 years of building my own businesses and mentoring 20+ entrepreneurs, I know that no two journeys are the same. True transformation comes from building your own blueprint in self and business, which is why I only mentor on a 1:1 basis through The House of Business™ Framework.

Our work combines strategy with personal growth. We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly on Zoom, with support between sessions. This is important, because some steps may feel exciting yet vulnerable — and I’ll be there to guide you through them.
